Shipping & Operations

Booking timelines, origin pickup, transport mode allocation, and pre-loading cargo checks.

Booking coordination follows a clear four-step workflow:

  1. Booking Submission: Share origin, destination, dimensions, weight, and cargo classification.
  2. Routing Confirmation: We allocate space with the right carrier and confirm your booking.
  3. Origin Pickup: Our team collects your freight at origin or receives it at a consolidation hub.
  4. Dispatch & Tracking: Transport documents are finalized and your tracking number becomes active.

Tracking & Visibility

Milestone reporting, arrival estimates, and where to find your tracking number.

Your tracking number is issued when your shipment is booked. You can find it on:

SHIPPING RECEIPT: Printed at the top of your receipt
CONFIRMATION EMAIL: Included in your shipment notification
FORMAT: A numeric reference, e.g. 123456789012

Documentation & Customs

Incoterms, import duties, tariff classification, and commercial trade filings.

To avoid customs holds at the port of entry, these core documents are usually required:

  • Commercial Invoice: Itemized value, HS code, country of origin, and currency terms.
  • Packing List: Net and gross weights, piece counts, and packaging per pallet.
  • Transport Document: Air Waybill, Bill of Lading, or road consignment note.
  • Certificate of Origin: Needed to claim preferential tariff rates under trade agreements.

Delivery & Receiving

Final-mile distribution, delivery appointments, re-routing, and delivery receipts.

After arrival and customs release, freight moves to a local cross-dock or freight station. Our dispatch team arranges a delivery appointment with the receiver and the right equipment, such as liftgate trucks or flatbeds, based on site requirements.
